Our world is polluted with psychic litter - unintentionally sent with our own toxic thoughts, emotions, and words.

These energies, when "caught" like an infection, can cause and contribute to physical and emotional illness and imbalance, including localized pain, chronic anger, cancers, and depression. And when hurled into the world at their current volume, these intrusions can cause a lot of personal and collective damage.

In this advanced training, originated by world-renowned psychotherapist and shamanic teacher Sandra Ingerman, MA, you will discover how to diagnose and safely remove these illness-causing energies through the shamanic healing method of extraction.

Together, we will explore:

- The four major causes of illness that shamans perceive,

- The causes and nature of spiritual intrusions - and being shown firsthand the damage that these intrusions can do,

- The crucial difference between expressing and sending emotions - and ways to transform your challenging ones,

- Merging with your personal extraction helping spirit so that you are empowered and protected in extraction healing,

- How crystals and other tools can be powerful allies in your healing work,

- Methods of diagnosing, extracting, and transforming spiritual intrusions - and the opportunity to both give and receive extraction healing on the summer/winter solstice, with personalized instruction in methodology,

- Doing extraction for different recipients, such as children, animals, spaces, and land,

- Making healthy shifts post-extraction so that the power of the healing lasts long-term,

- A light-filled extraction healing ceremony for our group - performed by the Angels of Extraction,

- And much more.

This program, open to a maximum of six participants, provides a meaningful opportunity to receive a bounty of individually-tailored instruction in extraction healing in a manageable weekly format, while being held in a heart-centered community of like-minded people looking to experience methods of bringing greater help and healing to themselves, others, and our collective.

In the majority of my own shamanic healing sessions, extraction is performed. This, perhaps, speaks to the need we in the West - a world that does not understand the spiritual power that our negative states of consciousness hold - have to finally come back into alignment with a fundamental shamanic truth: that we can experience the full range of human thought and emotion, but that this does not necessitate sending that toxicity to others. In this training, we will begin to expand our awareness of this crucial balance, invoke great healing for ourselves and all of life, and learn how to rectify poor psychic behavior through the cleansing and empowered practice of shamanic extraction.

Dates and Times: Friday, June 6, 13, and 20 (the solstice), 2025 | 5-8:30pm ET each session.

Please note that this training will not be recorded. One make-up session is available free-of-charge to each student, should they need to miss a session. Additional make-up sessions can be arranged if more than one session needs to be missed.

Location: Live online via Zoom.

What to Bring: An audio- and video-enabled device to attend sessions on, something to cover your eyes with (such as a sleep mask or bandana), a handheld drum and/or rattle (if you have one), and a writing utensil and notebook. Optional items include a candle or incense to help create sacred space, headphones (for a potentially-enhanced listening experience), and any sacred items that you wish to bring. Please attend from a comfortable place in which you are unlikely to be disturbed.
